Submit Notice

Start with a free notice of intent  to file.  Supply LienLok with needed information at the link below.

LienLok will research ownership, generate up to two notices and deliver them as required by state statute to secure your lien rights.

You will receive documentation of the notice and delivery record via email.

Protect With Lien

Lienlok will contact you at the end of the notice period. Your payment activates full mechanic’s lien protection nationwide. You can also use the premium “Notice to Disburser” feature. Copies of each lien will be provided to all parties as required by statute. Now is the time to reach out to your customer to leverage this opportunity.

Recieve Payment

The customer will be instructed to reach out to you directly, to resolve the lien.

Once resolved, please notify LienLok so we can file the waiver of lien, releasing the customer's property.   The release is included in  LienLok's simple pricing strategy.
